When will my order ship?
We ship orders the same day or within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by location and carrier.
Typical estimates:
- U.S.: 2–5 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
Please note these are estimates and may vary during holidays or carrier delays.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States and Canada.
We hope to expand to more countries in the future!
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
You can click the tracking link anytime to see your package’s progress.
All tracking is handled directly through Shopify and the shipping carrier.
Which carriers do you use?
We ship with trusted carriers, including:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
We choose the fastest and most reliable option for your order.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- your location
- package weight
- selected shipping method
Any free shipping promotions will be clearly shown at checkout.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?
First, check:
- your mailbox
- around your home
- with neighbors
If you still can’t locate it, contact the carrier directly.
You can also email us, and we’ll help you start a claim.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours and include photos of:
- the item
- the packaging
- the shipping label
We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
